About us

Dr. Rozzo began tutoring peers as an undergraduate, which motivated her to complete a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree. Since then, she has have worked with immigrants, refugees, international students, visiting scholars, subject areas experts, pre-service teachers, in-service teachers, clergy, and organizational leaders. She has taught in 3 countries and lived in 5. Her teaching philosophy draws upon student-centered and experiential learning as well as critical, participatory, and Andragogic principles. For the last 8 years, the professional development she has designed has targeted both individual learning and organizational change.

As an ICF-accredited coach, she is committed to ethical and evidence-based practices that center and advance clients’ self-directed learning and discovery. In her coaching practice, she has supported professionals from diverse industries such as non-profit leadership, IT, pharmaceuticals, and banking.

Her doctoral dissertation focuses on the perception and implementation of Inclusive Pedagogy in higher education as well as the professional development needs of professors. Her research interests include pedagogical change; academic/educational development; organizational/institutional change towards widening access/supporting student success; coaching as a developmental tool in academia; coaching techniques as qualitative data collection methodology; and international policies that support higher education practitioner pedagogy and student learning. She is passionate about co-creating learning experiences with subject matter experts from a variety of fields and sectors.
